Coffee

The HS code for coffee is 0901. It covers coffee whether or not roasted or decaffeinated, plus coffee husks, skins and substitutes containing coffee. These products are in EUDR Annex I, while instant coffee, soluble coffee, extracts and essences under HS 2101 are outside its current scope.

Cocoa

The HS codes for cocoa are 1801 to 1806. They cover cocoa beans, shells and waste, paste, butter, fat, oil, unsweetened powder, chocolate and other food preparations containing cocoa. All six headings are listed in EUDR Annex I, so scope extends from raw beans to finished chocolate products.

EUDR scope applies where these listed products contain natural rubber, not purely synthetic rubber.
