Which EUDR rules apply to me?
EUDR assigns duties by role and a deadline by size. Two questions settle both: what you do with the goods, and how big your company is. This is an indicator, not legal advice, but the logic is exactly the regulation's.

Exception: timber and wood products already covered by the EU Timber Regulation apply from 30 December 2026 at any size. The 31 December 2020 deforestation cutoff never changes.
Duties by role, after the 2025 amendment
