What the product does
plotvera takes the part of EUDR compliance that is mechanical and makes it repeatable. You bring the plot data your suppliers sent, in GeoJSON, WKT or KML, or you draw a plot on the map. The service validates the geometry, screens each plot against satellite deforestation data using the 31 December 2020 cutoff in Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, records the risk assessment and any mitigation, and assembles a due diligence statement in the structure the EU TRACES system expects.
Obligations begin on 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and traders, and on 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises. The first three plot screenings are free, with no card and no sales call, because a tool of this kind should be testable before it is bought.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not submit anything to TRACES on your behalf. Where a document is described as TRACES-ready, that means it has been prepared in the structure TRACES uses; it has not been submitted, accepted or found compliant by anyone. It does not give legal advice, and a screening verdict is evidence for your review rather than a declaration that a consignment is lawful. Responsibility for due diligence, and for anything filed with a competent authority, stays with the operator or trader. That boundary is deliberate and it is written into the terms.
How the guidance is written

They are written against primary sources: the consolidated regulation on EUR-Lex, the amending Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, Commission Delegated Regulation C(2026) 4920 on the Annex I product list, and the country benchmarking in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1093. Article numbers, HS codes, dates and country risk tiers are checked against those texts rather than against other people's summaries, and when the law changes the guides are corrected rather than left to age. Every guide is published in seven languages with the legal figures held identical across all of them.
There are no invented statistics, customer counts, testimonials or logos anywhere on this site. If a claim about the product is not something we can show, it is not made.
